YOUR(FRËÀK)GURL ships domestically and internationally. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or tampered with or carrier delayed packages. All items are shipped with Sendle Post (Australia's first 100% carbon neutral shipping service).

 For standard Australian shipping there is a delivery estimate between 4-10 business days and for International standard shipping the delivery estimates between 10-20 business days.

Shipping cost varies depending on the weight of your purchased item.

 YOUR(FRËÀK)GURL does not offer any refunds or exchanges.

 All products are handmade and are either customised or limited edition. I strongly encourage you to be 100% certain on what design or product you are choosing to order and to familiarise yourself with the sizing.

 If you receive a product that deems to be faulty and prove that through sending a photo to yourfreakgurl@gmail.com, I am happy to offer a credit note as long as the product is shipped back in unworn condition and within 7 days of delivered postage. Postage will be at buyer’s expense.
